Returns, cancellations and refunds

EU right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union and purchase goods from us online, you have the right to cancel your order without giving a reason within 14 days starting from delivery of the last item on the order.

To exercise this right, use the Returns and cancellations link in our store or open the relevant order in your customer account and follow the instructions. If you cannot use the online request, contact us at sasha.vrkt@gmail.com with your order number and request.

For an order that has not been fulfilled, you can request cancellation. For an order that has already been delivered, you can request a return.

After notifying us of your decision to cancel, send the goods back without undue delay and within 14 days of notifying us.

Return conditions

You may handle the goods as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Please return them in suitable protective packaging. You may be responsible for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods.

Return shipping

You are responsible for the cost of returning goods for an ordinary change-of-mind return. We cover return costs when the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise does not conform to the order.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned goods, or receive proof that you have sent them back, we will issue the refund without undue delay and to the original payment method. Where required by applicable law, the refund includes the standard delivery charge paid for the original order, but not any additional cost for a premium delivery option.

Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Contact us at sasha.vrkt@gmail.com as soon as possible if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your order number and photographs where relevant so we can assess the issue and arrange the appropriate remedy.
